By accessing or using Zuri Travel Africa (zuritravelafrica.com), operated by Life in Africa Expeditions LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Our Platform
Zuri Travel Africa is a travel planning platform powered by AI. We connect travellers with verified third-party travel operators in Africa. We are a connector, not the operator โ your contract for travel services is with the operator you book with, not with Life in Africa Expeditions LLC.
3. The Zuri AI Guide
Zuri is an AI assistant trained to provide travel information about Africa. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated travel information โ including prices, seasonal advice, and itineraries โ should be confirmed with your assigned operator before booking. AI responses are for guidance only and do not constitute a binding travel quote.
4. Bookings & Payments
Trip enquiries submitted through the platform are not confirmed bookings. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from the matched operator and a deposit payment has been processed. Deposits are held by Life in Africa Expeditions LLC and transferred to the operator per the booking agreement. Deposit refund terms are determined by the operator's cancellation policy, which will be shared before you pay.
5. Operator Verification
All operators listed on Zuri Travel Africa have been manually verified by our team. However, we cannot guarantee the performance, safety, or conduct of any third-party operator. In the event of operator failure, we will work to assist affected travellers but cannot be held liable for losses caused by the operator.
6. User Conduct
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You must not provide false information when submitting a booking enquiry. You must not misuse the Zuri AI chat for any purpose other than travel planning.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Zuri Travel Africa โ including the Zuri AI brand, website design, and operator descriptions โ is owned by Life in Africa Expeditions LLC or its partners. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Life in Africa Expeditions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or your travel experience with a partner operator.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Life in Africa Expeditions LLC is registered.
