Zuri Travel Africa is operated by Life in Africa Expeditions LLC ("we", "us", "our"). Our platform connects travellers with verified African travel operators via the Zuri AI travel guide at zuritravelafrica.com.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, travel preferences, and booking details when you submit a trip enquiry. We also collect information about how you use our platform via standard web analytics (page views, session data). We do not sell your personal data.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: match you with appropriate verified operators; communicate with you about your enquiry or booking; improve our platform and AI guidance; and send you relevant updates (with your consent). Chat conversations with Zuri are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI and are subject to Anthropic's usage policies.
4. Data Sharing
We share your information with the specific operator(s) you are matched with for the purpose of fulfilling your travel booking. We do not share your data with third-party advertisers. We use Stripe for payment processing — your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
5. Data Retention
We retain your booking and enquiry data for 3 years after your travel date, or until you request deletion. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@zuritravelafrica.com.
6. Your Rights
